Terms of Service
Last updated: July 6, 2026
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of Planifizer’s workforce planning, scheduling and forecasting platform (the “Service”) provided by DHAKAA, the company behind Planifizer (“Planifizer”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have the authority to bind your organization to these Terms and that you accept them in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
2. Accounts and Workspaces
Sign-in to the Service uses one-time codes sent to your work email. You are responsible for keeping that email account secure and for all activity that occurs within your workspace. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the plan you select. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may change or cancel your plan at any time, and changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems.
- Reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense the Service without our written consent.
- Upload content that infringes the rights of others or is unlawful.
5. Customer Data
You retain all rights to the data you submit to the Service. You grant us a limited license to host and process that data solely to provide and improve the Service, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Availability and Support
We strive to keep the Service available and performant, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance and support are provided in line with your subscription plan.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends and we will make your data available for export for a limited period.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Planifizer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
