Delete your Planifizer account

You can delete your Planifizer account at any time. Planifizer is a workforce scheduling app developed by DHAKAA.

Option 1

In the mobile app

Open Planifizer → Profile → Danger zone → Delete account, then confirm. This takes effect immediately.

Option 2

In the web app

Sign in at planifizer.com, open your account menu → Profile → Advanced → Danger zone → Delete account, type the confirmation phrase, then confirm. This takes effect immediately.

Option 3

By email

Email support@dhakaa.dev from the email address linked to your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted or anonymized

  • Your sign-in account is permanently disabled. Your email is removed from it and replaced with an anonymous identifier, so it can no longer be used to sign in.
  • Your profile name and photo are removed.
  • You lose access to every workspace you were a member of.

What is kept, and why

  • Planifizer is used by employers. Your employer created your agent record (name and work email) and owns your schedules, shifts, time off and other workforce records. This data stays in your employer’s workspace, so their planning history remains accurate.
  • To have your name and email removed from your employer’s workspace as well, contact your employer or manager. You can also email support@dhakaa.dev and we will forward your request to them.
  • Data we are legally required to keep is retained only for as long as the law requires.
